History
Grey Chair Rentals officially started in March of 2023, however, our history goes back much further than that. The two owners & operators became close friends in 2018 and have been working towards a business venture together ever since. Our property management experience started with a unit near the University of Cincinnati before officially starting our venture with incorporation. The time spent working with that property inspired us to take on property management on a larger scale. GC Rentals current management portfolio, excluding the Cincinnati property, is currently $450,000 single family residence in Baltimore, Maryland. With one of us still living in the Cincinnati area we are looking to expand our portfolio to the place where this company all started.

About Brendan
My journey began during my years at the University of Cincinnati. While pursuing my education, I focused on honing my skills and knowledge in the field of real estate and business management. Drawing on my educational background and experiences, I contribute to the success of Grey Chair Rentals through a deep understanding of property management dynamics and a keen eye for business strategy. Outside of my work, I actively engage with various avenues of real estate such as investing myself and currently working to grow my own portfolio of properties

About Will
Born and raised in a more rural area East of downtown Cincinnati by 25 miles, I chose to pursue my higher education at the University of Cincinnati. I graduated from college Cum Laude with a double degree in Finance and Information Systems. Outside of work I serve as a board member of the Cincinnati region’s Eagle Scout Association, a member of the Son’s of the American Legion Post 318. I also enjoy golf and wrenching on my vintage weekend car.
